Philanthropic Leadership Program – February 3-4, 2017

Unlocking your leadership potential in just 2 days!

This unique leadership program is designed for (and with) professionals working in the charitable and non-profit sector that are motivated to become leaders who truly inspire their teams, boards and donors to excel. Our sector is desperate for high quality managers and leaders who can help the entire organization work collectively to achieve the results their mission is calling on them to create. This unique 2-day program will help you develop specific skills and techniques, along with personal confidence in your own unique leadership style.

Leadership is a complex journey that requires incredible self-awareness along with a savvy set of skills in the area of strategic thinking and planning, managing relationships, achieving goals, and motivating our teams. These skills take time to develop and there is no perfect formula that you can use each and every time. This special program format will include a two-day deep dive intensive to explore your strengths, develop leadership competencies and discuss “real world” situations that bring leadership to life, followed by personal coaching and group check-ins that create continuous learning, growth and accountability beyond the two-day intensive.

Leadership Topics include:
Strategic Planning, Board Development, Financial/ Budgeting, Managing your team, Personal Strengths and Leadership vs. Management awareness.

2 – 60 minute coaching sessions with Diane between March 1st and December 30th, 2017

**We are looking for 14 people who are committed to their leadership growth and want to step into this program as fully engaged participants. A comprehensive program of this nature, including coaching and follow-up support would typically cost between $2500 and $5000 in the private sector.

Your Program Leader

Diane is an accomplished leader, coach, and speaker that inspires people and organizations to reach their full potential so they can do meaningful work in the world. She coaches leaders, entrepreneurs and individuals across the public, private and non-profit sectors, with a special passion for the philanthropic sector. She has experienced leadership at all levels; from Manager, Director, Executive Director and CEO in the sport, education, cultural and health sectors raising in excess of $40million in her fundraising career.

Diane is a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) through Royal Roads University, an accredited coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation, seasoned philanthropic leader and a mentor with the Gustavson School of Business. Diane volunteers as Past President of the AFP VI Chapter, is on the Board of Governors at Glenlyon Norfolk School and supports her daughter’s philanthropic endeavors through 100 Girls Victoria. She enjoys having fun with her family in the great outdoors and challenges herself with hot yoga, occasional running and back-country camping.
